Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Ranthambhore Ghati, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all guests.

1. Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings are confirmed only after successful payment (full or partial, as applicable).
  • Guests will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp with booking details.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made 3–6 days before check-in will incur a 50% cancellation charge.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or no-shows are non-refundable.

3. Refund Policy

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
  • Any transaction or payment gateway charges may be deducted, if applicable.

4. Modification of Booking

  • Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 3 days prior to check-in.
  • Rate differences may apply depending on the new booking dates.​

5. Early Check-Out / No Show

  • No refund will be provided for early departures or unused services.
  • Guests who do not arrive on the check-in date (no-show) will be charged the full booking amount.

6. Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies:

  • Booking dates may be rescheduled (subject to availability), or
  • A credit voucher may be issued at the hotel’s discretion.
